Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused candles in original packaging. Contact [email protected] to initiate a return and receive a prepaid label (EU orders only). Refunds are processed within 7–10 days after we receive the item. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and international returns may incur return shipping fees. If a candle arrives damaged, please send photos within 48 hours for a free replacement or refund.
Exchange Instructions
To exchange a candle for a different scent or style, email [email protected] within 30 days with your order number and preferred replacement. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We’ll provide a prepaid return label for EU orders and ship the new candle once the original is received. International exchanges require you to cover return shipping. Exchanges are subject to availability; if your preferred scent is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or alternative.
